starbucks lost me at "you have to pay for wifi"

I asked the cashier to break a $5. so I could give them a tip and she refused! No more tips from me.

No free wifi is not smart for a coffee house. IMO

or really I mean to punish any group because of one representative

devbear it's not just this one person. They have had high turn over @ my Sbucks & quality has gone down too.

Will I go back? Yes, but it won't always be my first choice as it was in the past.
