our dance was cancelled

it was supposed to be tonight but not enough people were going so it was cancelled

going to have to miss the dance anyway

let's put it this way - their scheduling for these things sucks

the harvest dance - scheduled for the day that TWILIGHT was coming out.

a lot of people went to see that, and they probably would have gone to the dance

if it had been on a different day

the other dances are just lame

lol I would have gone to the dance if I was being offered money to see twilight on opening day
