What is this series about?

I was actually just thinking about Jiyu the other day

I do feel like the series lost a lot of its bite after that first chapter

Oh THIS I remember that plurk

And suddenly understand why I was pinged

it's a lot less horny to murder all humans than it was at the start

There is a storyline that seems to be an Adrenochrome parody and I don't know enough to comment on whether it's a good or bad thing to have that

But yeah they pretty much immediately realized in Shojo Null that they don't actually have a good plan to murder all humans

I was here for Kill All Humans! Let Marie kill all humans!

It's also come to my attention that Marie's hair turning black and she seems to be possessed or dissociating or something when she does violence

yeah I've been pretty disappointed

it's trying to distance itself from the cute girl being an extremely enthusiastic serial killer

you know, the main series charm point

Though I do think that she used the black hair VERY BRIEFLY in chapter 1 specifically to control the gijin maid

So like in a perfect world this was all intentional and the series is just gonna be super long and eventually light haired Marie will have her base of operations set up to start Killing
