we apparently have corp. coming into work today and we've been preparing for this since last week, but apparently all of our hard work if cleaning (literally only is up front had to clean no one else had to clean)

but none of our cleaning is good enough as if we have all this time to spare for cleaning the whole damn store

and then today last minute our store manager was going crazy about everyone decorating the store to make it look FUN and FESTIVE

and no matter how many follow up questions i ask about what he would like where he would like

he gave me vague answers

and then came back to one of the departments i was decorating after i was nearly done

NO NO I DIDNT WANT IT THERE I JUST WANTED A LITTLE BUT THROWN HERE

and then in the middle of fixing how he wanted things to be he goes NO NO DONT WORRY ABOUT THAT I NEED YOU TO CLEAN THIS CLEAN THAT

it's funny how we're supposed to be happy and cheery for corp. coming in but acting like this has drained my holy jolly spirit

they didn't even arrive at our store until about 45 mins ago

(honestly i'm surprised they showed up at all, half the time they freak out and treat us like dirt when corp is coming in they never end up showing up)

I was telling Nivie a bit ago that they made me set up the break room to make it look nice and decorate it with snacks and stuff, and then they came up and completely redid everything I did
