Find something to write, even if it's not what you wanted to write and even if it's not something you want to share. Practice makes it easier.

it probably didn't help that the dog had woken me up around 4 am yesterday, so by 11 pm I was just mentally done. I will try again this morning! (dog woke me up again, Gonna try to nap a bit more)
