im a side sleeper and lately i've been so damn hot between my legs that unless im in star position nothing cools down.

this is naturally not ideal for sleeping or my back. I am also a tad fluffy and understand that this is a contributing factor but damn i want a nights sleep without sticking to myself. Any one have any ideas as to what i can do/buy to help this out?
