thought it was bad enough the new generic they put me on was making me gain weight Fairly Fast but it's also! making me dizzy again

had this when i was adjusting to the first version of the med so idk if it's from being taken off that onr/put on this one/both but im not loving it

and my old drs office only said they'd "try"when I was like please specify which generic i can be given, this one isn't even doing what i take it for, so if they fill it with the same thing again I may cry

realistically i might be dealing with the dizziness for a couple weeks....... what do people do for that. how fix.
