IDK if it's a placebo effect, but getting back on the wagon with taking one has made me feel a lot less fatigued. Also apparently Vitamin D deficiency and B12 deficiency usually go hand in hand?
I eat a lot of animal products so I'm not sure B12 isn't in my diet but it's worth a shot especially because The other treatment is bright sunlight and That... Gives me migraines...
I've got mild anemic tendencies so I definitely thought that the heavy period was lowering my iron but... I always try to put off iron supplements to make sure I don't forgo balance in my solid food diet, but maybe they're merited this time
I am now taking a multivitamin "for her" which includes iron and B12!! ^^ and it also contains D, it's a different product from the same new nongel D supplement so I've stopped that little supplement
