A thought... Could the network comm be used for like... actual letters sent out en masse, as long as it's specified somewhere that it's in written form?

Part of it due to there being at least two characters off the top of my head that I could see sending letters to an entire contacts list
Any public announcement or mass mailing would likely fit, yes! Just not cyberanything.
