first time ko malate pumasok sa work, nakalimutan nila never ako nalate in my girdt 6 months sa company. Totoo pala yung bad side lang nila nakilita sa iyo, not the expected or good one
cause they will deduct/brought it to your merits. HR moves.
It always is that case. HR doesn't mind how many times you submitted your work before the deadline or how many times you came to work before the dot. Once you slipped, they will always take note of it like it's the biggest mistake you ever did in your whole career. HR has never been our friend.

chromecarl: when I was working at a call center, my TL (not HR) gave me a final warning when I arrived late for the 1st time. Shouldn't it be 1st warning before we get final warning? Anyway, I got out after a year of working there. Very terrible and toxic place.
