I think my back is in dire need of serious work

and the body aches are getting worse, which could be fibro flaring hard from stress... might need to be back on meds that help with that

Aside from that, I had a pretty intense wave of depression stuff slapping me around earlier so think I need to do something like setting a bedtime alarm + morning alarm to keep me from staying in bed too long and going to bed too late

it's gonna be hard but really need to keep myself busy and not give myself time to just... mope
