Can I please stop coughing for ten fucking minutes to go to sleep?

I realize the cough is partly necessary at this stage because I'm actually getting crap out of my lungs.

But sleep is also necessary

And I haven't really been getting enough since this whole thing started. Like a week ago, mind you.

I have been sick for a week. And I'm still sick. And I don't know how much longer I'll be sick.

I'm so so tired and my throat hurts and my chest hurts and my head hurts and I would just like to stop, please.
