I'm Diana, people who've known me for 15+ years know me as puppy

I started LJRPing in like 2005 in CFUD and the siren song of ecats is still the one that sings to me the loudest.

I'm currently in with Caleb Michaels (The Bright Sessions), with Ragnor Fell (Shadowhunters), and with two OCs having a good time.

I'm Mexican, I live in the very edge between the state of Mexico and Mexico city. It's all city but I live in the side that is worse

I turned 39 this year, which means I am still 30 or 40 years old. I studied literature and linguistics, but the linguistics part killed me at 19, so I dropped out and became an English teacher instead. I worked as a teacher on and off for a while, and I've also done editing, translating and transcription work.

For the past few years I've had a data scraping job that has nothing to do with anything I studied and that takes 0 mental effort. It would be the best job in the world if it didn't pay peanuts.

I live with my aging boomer folks, their two dogs, and my cat.

I have two younger brothers, both married with children. I used to babysit my niece and nephew (7 & 4) a lot, but they moved a 2 hour drive away last month, so I am free.

I do love the kids tho, so I often shared pics and nonsense.

Baby brother lives further away so he's less of a headache

I consume a lot of media bc I've been at my job for long enough it takes like a third of my brain to do it. Unfortunately during work hours I can only consume media in a language I can understand, and if it's TV it has to be the kind with lots of repetitive exposition bc I do have to look at my laptop.

This means I have watched a lot of 911 and medical dramas and the entirety of Riverdale.

I am into JJK and MHA and try to read new chapters as soon as they're out on the official app. Those are my two animes currently, tho live action One Piece has intrigued me enough to watch some of the anime.

I don't do much politics on plurk, except next year we have a presidential election here, and there will also be one in the US, so there will 100% be some splash damage.

(I'm queer and very far left and have absolutely no interest in engaging with right-wing folk on any level)
