Yeah when I started drinking coffee a few years ago, I had to start with dark roast half-caf. The darker the roast, the lower the caffeine, generally. And you combine it with decaf to weaken it further.

Then work your way up gradually.

when mine went up to 300, the ER gave me xanax, but it wasn't caffeine for me.

I've never had caffeine issues, but my dad was up all night after accidentally drinking a soda with caffeine since he hasn't had caffeine in years. so I can imagine you were wired

this last year or so when I was having anxiety issues again my heart was staying at like 114 - 120 and I kept feeling like my heart was stopping or skipping beats

Oh man. I've never been that bad on caffeine. I kind of overdosed on No-Doz at one point, but it only gave me a stomach ache and I slept it off. (Defeating the point of the No-Doz, but oh well.)

And yeah I think the worst I've had was when I was a teen and was like

Let's try 2 Monster Energy drinks and taste 5 Hour Energy while having already drank a bunch of mountain Dew
