for those who are unaware of what a wonderlocke is, it's a nuzlocke playthrough however instead of using the first pokemon you encounter on each route, you trade that pokemon away via surprise trade, and you use the pokemon you get in return

i do have the caveat that i must actually be able to use the pokemon, so if it's too high a level i'll trade until i get something useable

I also don't trade my starter, that's the one pokemon who stays with me

anyways haven't done a challenge run of violet yet and I can't get the DLC rn so I thought this would be a fun alternative
