we have to rush home now because the drive home will be like 5 hrs and I work at 5am so I have to hurry if I want to sleep but I've made this whole weekend a deadline of sorts, so I'm really just excited about all the plans I can kick off this week

seeing friends was wonderful, got to pick up some Michigan-exclusive snacks/drinks I've missed to stock up on that I couldn't find in Ohio

and since some of them are artist alley vendors I always feel super motivated to get to my own projects after I see them

my spouse and I got invited on a free bar crawl by strangers at the faire because two of their friends bailed last minute and they didn't want the tickets to go to waste (and it literally was about start in 2 minutes!)

as someone who is usually too frugal to buy much for myself every year, it was super cool to have the opportunity. Chatted with them the whole time, got serenaded by the event host 10/10 good time had by all

got a free mug out of it, and some orange white stockings which are perfect for my pumpkin pie cookie cosplay I threw together last year

but yup, probably gotta sleep as soon as I get home, I'll get my tags out first thing after work tomorrow, promise
