Oh this sounds absolutely amazing. Despite all the European themes in the game, I think the premise is well suited for a Japanese-style show.

yeah so there's 2 formats to zuka shows, either a 2 act musical or a 1 act musical play paired with an unrelated revue

and usually the revue is the second part of the whole show, but for Nihonmono revues they do them first because the actresses will do traditional white makeup, and then they'll layer their regular stuff over it for the musical after

TY I love her very much, FF isn't something I'm super into like a lot of people so I was a little MEH about the announcement tbh, but I think it'll be a cool show, and if I can save enough money I'm actually hoping to go see it next year because I've been following her since we got into zuka 9 years ago

The series has been pretty slow after 10. They were really hoping 15 would kick things back up, but after waiting like 12 years it was still obviously unfinished when they released it so the back third of the game was a huge misstep. 16 has been really well received, so things are looking up hopefully.

there are a few! Elisabeth, Romeo and Juliet (iirc adopted from the French Musical, it's a BANGER), Ocean's 11, Me and My Girl (I do have the 2016 version on YT), and USUALLY Rose of Versialled in some form

their last RoV was in 2016 in Taiwan (also Hanagumi) and it's only now finally getting restaged next year

those are the ones they've done quite a few times but they'll restage other shows occasionally

there's no like set consistency though, like the intervals can vary a lot
