Granted the summary said he gets a diagnosis but still!!!!! Didn't say he was gonna die!!! 65 chapters of Olivia and Elliot getting through it together, recovering, fluff and family feels and then BOOM

Chapter 66 be like "5 years later Elliot is dead and Olivia is trying to get through it and help the kids through it blah blah" and it's the saddest and most gut wrenching thing I've ever read (the writing and emotion was excellent)

AND I COULD NOT STOP CRYING

It was the emotional jump from chapter 65 where the whole family and svu squads celebrated Christmas and Elliot was healthy and they were so so so in love with eachother, to chapter 66 being like oh actually he's dead!!!!!!
