i did round 1 out of 3 interviews for a new job that's remote and pays way closer to my old job, so hopefully this whole thing pans out

but my current job this week has me on the easier station, which has been good for my energy level, but it's also less hours (about half) so my check will be less than usual

it's been a mix of feeling hopeful for the future and really down about the present

sucks to be in discord servers with friends who are all planning things to do over the weekend and i can't participate

i'm managing to hang out with a friend tomorrow though! i'm helping her move and build furniture during her work day since she's doing remote for the day

i got a lot of work done on a couple of crochet projects on my vacation so i'll reappear to post pics of the finished projects as they happen (one requires more yarn that i'll have to wait a while to be able to buy)
