I’ve figured out why I’m so powerful as an unhinged fanfiction author. It’s because I’m enough of a fucking maniac to write this stuff in the first place, but I’m also an adult pro author who’s intensely empathetic and who thinks deeply about the inner lives of these characters and wants to respect their unique points of view and treat them with kindness

Most people in this fanfiction space are either being shitheads on purpose or are fully just mashing ken dolls together (which is a grand tradition, full respect)
