I did pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, and OJ. But I put way too much pineapple so it's too tart! and I just now forgot that I had bananas which would've really rounded it out better.
Next time I will try just bananas and strawberries for a simple classic
idk if you're looking for smoothie recs to ignore me if you're not, but if you want to make smoothies that are more like meals, yogurt, silken tofu, and peanut butter have all worked great for me when I'm in a smoothie phase
oh yeah this morning was just brekkie so i'm ok going lighter (I get filled up quickly when it's breakfast so if I added those proteins I'd be way too full) but this is def helpful for when I wanna have a smoothie for like, lunch
i should do a banana peanut butter smoothie some time.
My fave is to do some soy milk, a few ice cubes, strawb banan and blueb <3
I'm def doing that next I make a smoothie! my smoothie today was way too tart cuz it was over half pineapple with nothing mellow or creamy to round it out
Here are my unsolicited fave smoothie combos: frozen banana, ice, soy milk, and a spoonful of cocoa powder (add PB if u want it more filling). Or a whole peeled fresh orange, ice, yogurt or silken tofu, and vanilla extract (I throw in a few strawbs when I feel fancy). Like a pulpy dreamsicle
the other day I DID make a smoothie with frozen banana, frozen blueberries, a couple spoonfuls of chocolate ice cream, some peanut butter, milk, and ice, and it was SO TASTY LMAO
