I love the aesthetic of a garden wedding or park wedding but I realized just now that it means you have to get ready in a hotel and like transport yourself to the garden/park and I feel like that just leaves a lot of room for error .... (forgetting things in the room, or transportation shenanigans)
I also love the idea of getting married in a small community garden but then it has to be a true micro wedding of like under 10 guests. and this elopement website I found has cool small wedding ideas but mainly for 25 guests and under
(I currently am aiming to invite 50 guests, but who knows how many people can make it so I'm like... how do I juggle confirming whether people can make it before booking venue, but people should know the venue before confirming if they can go? LOL)

there are some places that incorporate onsite lodging for the fiancees and their family! thats where my sister got married, in a garden place with houses right there on the land
nakbags: On the one hand I'm looking mega local in the city so I'm not really looking at places with that much real estate, on the other hand it's so it's accessible to people who live here so I don't have to have lodgings for most people except for some friends out of state (including you) and family.
I mainly meant that I will prefer a venue that at least has included dressing rooms instead of some cheaper venues that don't have one so I'd have to get prepared elsewhere and then move myself, like that seems annoying

Just as a data point: my venue technically had space to get dressed, but instead the wedding party all got ready at the hotel where family was staying, and then took cars to the venue together. We also ended up getting a room for me and Scott so we could crash at the end of the night in a "you don't have to do the dishes!!!!" location haha
