I’m still reeling from the Taylor Swift concert last night. I saw her Fearless tour 13 years ago to the day today (yes exactly 13 iykyk) and as I watched her sing songs I cried to in high school I gave 14 year old me a huge hug. We made it.
I sobbed to Debut, Fearless, and Speak Now in high school. Had some of my first heartbreaks to Red, partied to 1989. Reputation came out when I was at my lowest to pick me back up and remind me who I was. I proposed to josiecrusso with Lover lyrics months after they came out.
We hunkered down to Folklore together. Our wedding was Evermore themed. And now looking back Midnights feels like a love letter to all my pst Eras.
