it mixes up easy and nice - though you have to be really careful with your pans because that much sugar rich vegetable matter really carmelizes and sticks to the pans on the bottom if the pans are just a little too large

these pans I used were larger than reccomended because I only had two (2) eight inch pans that are the right size, and I'd need three to fit the batter in that size -

so I did have a bit of a sticking problem with one layer, but I managed to glue it back together with cream cheese frosting.
