so, bill paying this month is rather depressing and now the Utilities have split into two depts; Electricity and Water so no more combined bill making it easy to pay. New account creation; no paper bill yet with all info on it to CREATE the online account. Cable bill did not auto pay last month making me have a double bill..... 
don't worry, cable is yelling at me too. They'll get paid after I pay the important ones like the light bill.
I hear you! I had great plans for the monet I was going to have from paying off my car. I haven't been able to save anything. Between paying for tge spring yard clean up and sprinkler repair (1000) to vet bills and groceries...nada.
