which to clarify Isn't a problem, it's just an INCREDIBLY funny way to find they're diagnosed me with PTSD and Nightmare Disorder
PTSD I've suspected, but it is weird getting confirmation. Nightmare Disorder was a shock because i didn't know that was a thing I just thought I had real fucked up dreams sometimes but noOoo that's apparently "not normal" lmao
