Examples: saying they are 'sovereign citizens' of which the laws of the country do not apply to them, invoking some fictitious separation of their legal identity and their "flesh-and-blood self" who is immune to the liabilities their legal identity may have("You say John James Smith has unpaid taxes? I don't see why it is connected to me, 'John-James:Smith')

Or flat out declaring in court "I am exempt from taxation".
