So, not long ago my PC in firebenderjess 's campaign had a conversation with a changeling NPC of Pteryx 's on the topic of gender identity.
I now have that particular scene edited and excerpted for anyone who might be interested.
A Warforged NPC you guys met was also a potential candidate for gender identity talk.
...though now it seems that my website is down, and I need to leave the house before I will have time to fix it.

(We had a network outage recently, this may be fallout from that)
(Agender, still uses 'it/it's' pronouns because it has a...fuzzy grasp on pronouns, and why those ones might be insulting to something that's inorganic but still sapient.)
