little update for plurk. im on lexapro now. some days feels like im a sharpened knife, other days i feel like im drowning in a glass of water. my anxiety attacks are less frequent tho, and im finding im better at emotional regulation and casual conversation with coworkers. there's a few hiccups with it but im doing a lot better than i was lol.
