So Minnesota roads get ROUGH, because our severe weather causes potholes, cracks, and low lying spots that road crews find it hard to keep up with.

One such low-lying place, just outside of a Chipotle in uptown Minneapolis (Minnesota's largest city), occurs every year when the spring thaw starts. Ankle deep water floods a section of the street.
