I go to gym and I’m depressed (diagnosed). I do elliptical, run, injured my knees for lifting weights - andddd I’m just gaining negative thoughts because for 3 months, I just lose 3kg. And the only way to comfort myself is to eat. Can you see the dilemma here?
My coach said that I should cut my calorie intakes but it made me more depressed and i dont know what to do. I mean, I am aware that exercising isn’t enough to lose weight, you should combine it with balance diet but hoooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwweweeeee
