Someone is offended by being called cis-gender. Their argument was my favorite one yet: trans- has more prefixes in the common language than cis-.

That's like being offended by being called a "white man" instead of just "a man"
People REALLY hate being identified as anything specific because they see themselves as the "default"
It's just how we categorize, that's how language is supposed to work. Not by the number of prefixes.
