every time we add a piece of furniture to our apartment I'm like

today was not the best (moving took longer so it cost more and our hot water boiler was leaking -- thankfully that was resolved but it's busted so we have water but no hot water)

fingers crossed it can be fixed tomorrow, they have to order parts
