And then 22 hours where it will only accept a certain specific set of things, only two or three of which remain constant and few of which are easily obtainable at work.
I can't even pack my own because again, only two or three things can be relied upon.
Human cannot live on edamame, bread, and chocolate alone.
Hopefully it'll settle out once there's less stress on my body from exhaustion and mh.
i hope so. what's the status with meds?
I'm on them? Just took my second prescription D supplement. Things are improving with the whole. Silver issue. It's just slow.
Spending the majority of my time either asleep or struggling not to.
Is it improving depression-wise too?
(i was asking about meds bc normally when i start feeling that crappy it's a sign dosage gotta get bumped)
Harder to tell so far. But depression is a symptom of low vitamin D so.
yeah, hopefully that'll ease up with the vitamin D
might be good to do a mental check-in in a couple weeks or so and see how you're feeling then
Yeah. And frankly, even without it being a direct symptom, the total inability to do things because of perpetual exhaustion is Not Going To Help.
Until Wednesday I was picking my way through old delivery bags and other trash to get to and from my bed for work, because I was always too tired to clean it up. I finally got enough energy back to take care of my trash and recycling.
have you considered natural supplements that boost energy?
I mean. That's what vitamin D is, basically? And I talked to my doctor and I'm going to be taking otc D after the prescription course is done.
ye, i mean other things that can also help with boosting energy like vitamin b, and then herbs/extracts and whatnot
