Talking never helps unless I am in a position to actually do something to make a change. I was told to just deal with it the last (and only) time I called a local Crisis Line. I will probably eventually power through this and whatever happens with my bank account will happen anyway.

I have been out of my pull-ups for incontinence for over two weeks now and have been suffering. I have been feeling ashamed and humiliated. I cancelled an appointment with my neurologist today because I can not stay away from the bathroom.
