2 months since the surgery, off the pain meds, doing a shitload of exercises every day and everything is going well except sitting. Walking is hard as well, but sitting really puts extra weight on the spine.

BUT opened Maya this week again, doing 2 half hours of work a day. Which makes me ridiculously happy 
Hoping I can slowly build that up in the next 6 months ( it takes an average of 8 months for vertebrae to grow together)
