Hey, sorry I haven't been around lately. Things are okay. I hope you're okay.
Good to hear things are ok. I had some medical issues that seem to be a ok now. After three trips to the hospital for tests they found out that I am now lactose intolerant. Age related. They tested my pancreas gall bladder and pretty much everything else in there. Since changing my diet everything seems ok.. Take care..
You take care too. I’m not too sure if I’m going to be posting much. It looks like my absence here has led a few people to drop me. And the only other person who posts a lot worships Trump, but only after God. Every time I look I see a timeline full of hate. I really should drop him.
I’m actually more on IG these days.
Ok.. Yeah I think plurk has had its day for sure... I am on IG under sitechvictoria but only follow a few people and have no followers. Lol. I am on Telegram as I have been following the war in Ukraine. I have some friends and relatives over there and in Poland and one friend who is hiding in Russia. He married a Russian woman.
My account on Telegram is my real name John Boreskie same as Facebook. That's where I am most of the time as most of my old friends are there.. My avarar is a cartoon character with a number 71 on the tshirt. I am getting old too as that's my age..
Anyway take care and will maybe chat again sometime.
I’ve come back here every once in a while to see how you’re doing. I remember reading about your health issues a while back. I’m on IG under my real name Kathy Rebollido as well as Facebook. My Plurk name is actually a nickname I was given 35 years ago and is my personalized license plate that I’ve had since 1990, transferring it to every new car I get.
My best friend lives in Estonia and owns property along the Black Sea along with her husband (he’s half Russian). They haven’t been back to that house since before the pandemic - it’s their summer home and sometimes their in the dead of winter home.
Ok thanks.. I will check back on occasion. My health is much better. It took almost a year for the doctors to find and fix a few minor things but the main problem was that I developed a problem with lactose. It created symptoms exactly like pancreatic or bladder cancer. Turned out none of that was the case.
There is a shortage of Doctors and nurses here and the pandemic didn't help. Took a long time to get all my tests..
Government healthcare is good in that its paid for by taxes so there is no cost to the individual but bad if your situation is not life threatening.. You can wait a long time. They tested me right away for cancer but when that was negative the remaining tests took months.
Anyway.. I seem to be ok now..
