I have moved into another PRIVATE room! My rent is higher for this one, 78% of my income. I actually got a $300.00 break on this one. The owner is very different from the last one and does get things fixed that are hazards. This is good! I am back in San Diego where I wanted to be.

The only BAD part of this is that I went WAY into the red to move here and I do not know how I am going to get back into the black again. y checking account is WAY overdrawn now and of course my friendly bank wants to make this worse.
Good thing is you have a good room. Keep your chin up.

Thank you. There is bad news too though. 
Since it as the end of the month when this room came up, I was totally broke. So, my ban account is severely overdrawn now and I have no way to get more money into it. My bank is threatening to lose my account now as they continue to add 36.00 overdraft charges. I am in DEEP doo doo right now.
