so, bought a binder for friend. it arrived with NO OUTER PACKAGING
just the plastic the company sent it in
but shit like that can get kids killed
or thrown out of their houses
unfortunately some companies don't bother with appropriate outer packaging. it is frustrating
I don't think Amazon controls the packaging of external companies who sell through them
when I contacted them, they said amazon packaged it.
is there a possibility that you can leave a review concritting the packaging job?
i seem to recall being able to do that for packages that were shipped via Amazon
excellent. these are the sorts of things they need feedback on. I can't imagine they were simply "out of boxes"
yeah no. there was sticker that stated it was on purpose. "to save on packaging"
also not using something more durable means it is at increased risk of damaging the contents en route
at least use a durable mailer envelope
