I have only slapdashedly followed the recipe, considering I wasn't going to shell out THAT much money for whipping cream omg
so whole milk and butter it was
And then I totally blanked on greasing the baking sheet so we'll see how that works out. Plus I only had the one sheet and the recipe made....a lot more even though it was honest about how much it made I just...didn't parse.

they are pretty good! but are lays potato chip level of salt, but that was my own fault

yup! and I can pair them up with non salty to deal with the seasoning problem
a plus is that the texture is really nice. Super crispy on the outside, and dense but moist and fluffy on the inside. Not a hocky puck or gluey
