The owner of this house I am in now does not want a dog here. I tried to explain to her that Snooki is an Emotional Support Animal. The owner wants to charge me more to have Snooki here, which is against the law. In fact, the owner can not even keep me from having Snooki with me. Now, the owner wants me to find another place to live, which is discrimination.
The owner will have to attempt to evict me to get rid of us, at least until I can find another place for us to live. With VERY FEW exceptions, I am rapidly getting to the point where I really hate people!!
Do you have an Emotional Support Animal letter from a doctor or therapist? From what I've seen, that's starting to be required for a pet to count as a ESA now.

My letter does not meet all those requirements though. It was written by my PCP and he did not include his credentials.

Could you get him to write a new letter? Once you have the letter, it looks like you're right about how the place you live has to proceed (they can't kick you out because of Snooki).
I am going to call my doctor as soon as they are open.
