so yesterday i had to place a call to the vision insurance that is the worst, that everyone in the know hates dealing with, but is also inescapable. let's call it URO
the URO agent i spoke with was very pleasant and patient, which was nice, but what really made the call was the end
she spit out a long ending spiel that she was obviously required to do, but then she concluded it with "and May the Fourth be with you!"
i hope all of my future URO dealings are with her
