I can’t create or build.

15 years here and I'm with you, no clue what to do with gestures - I always ignore the ones in mesh head packages for that reason.

Can't build anything good in SL anymore. I mean, I can stack prims and shape them, but you need Blender. I'd love to make stuff, but I'm chicken. I reeeally appreciate the beautiful/clever stuff that is made.

I don't understand talking to people

I also don’t know how to use gestures. And I literally just last week learned how to “snap to grid.”

TheRealQuint: when you move a prim a little
Grid pops up and you can use the lines to line up prims. If you move your mouse cursor up onto the grid the prim will snap to that line.

Use it to align prims.

for those struggling with gestures: right click a gesture, hit enable. double click on it to open it and see what the trigger is if the gesture isn't labeled as the trigger. use trigger to use the gesture

Ooo, now gestures you can still make, if you have something you say regularly such as, "Eff off you horrid little toad." I made some when I was a hostess at a club. And you can mess with the free ones or add animations. Used to make poses but now all is Bento. sigh.

i don't understand gestures either.

and i'm fed up with keeping up with mesh heads. just going to keep on wearing the one i have with the same skin, i cba to learn about evox and whatever.
