You guys might not be familiar with the saga of the neighbor cat, but the basic rundown is that she was abandoned and is pregnant and we've been sheltering, feeding, and caring for her, but are not equipped for kittens (my cat is a hunter and I'd be very worried about their safety).

Shelters are all full. No one will take her and the babies are imminent and we're freakin' out

But someone in PA has offered to take her! She'll be going to her new home on Friday morning and I gotta admit, I'll miss her (even though she charges and bullies my cat), but I'm so glad she and her babies will have a real home.

I hope so, too! They stepped up when my sister posted in the neighborhood FB group. Someone there reached out to their friends in PA who are insistent that she not be spayed before the babies are born, which is wonderful, we were pretty uncomfortable with that.
