how do i become friends with people on plurk ^^; it mostly seems to be veterans of the site here and i would love to join in roleplay/fandom discussion 
Hey 👋 cuz here have some rules,the function there r became fan or friend ,we often will chat with that person to familiar each other,then we add friend. So if u add friend directly ppl will confuse,or worse they’ll think this is a bot 🤖
