Narsus does, I think, but he's not very good with people in a way that gets him into casual relationships

not that he'd be opposed to a fwb arrangement, and in fact that'd probably be more convenient than doing the kind of emotional maintenance that comes with having a significant other, but one night stands seem like too much energy taken away from doing more important stuff
