I don't know how much that'll matter. We rejected the last contract, but this is a right to work state. Not every hourly is in the union.

I got out of it a few years ago.

If they took dues just from my 40 hours , I wouldn't have had a problem with it. But they also took dues out of my overtime.

And at this point, I didn't think I was even going to still be an hourly.

I thought I was going to be salary and unable to be in the union by now
