I'm trying to figure out how this works. like...is it a long top over a skirt? Is it a cloak over another robe? If it IS a cloak over another robe, do the sleeves belong to the robe and the capelet is part of the cloak?

Is it just a robe with an insert because that looks more stylish?

In the set you get, pants come along with it

also there's a lot of the neck and collarbones exposed

I'm entertaining the idea that it's a sleeveless underrobe with the cloak overtop

though for cosplay purposes making it one piece would be lighter overall

I guess it's also possible that you have a skirt, a long sleeved top, AND a capelet over top of that but

that just feels so unnecessary

I'm not sure how it's intended to be constructed, but agree that one piece would probably be the most comfortable to wear, just to reduce the number of layers.

Yeah, I'd love to do Authentic but if it's cosplay Not Dying Of Heat Exhaustion is alos a concern

You could PROBABLY get away with cotton jersey, though that doesn't eliminate the "heavy" concern

hilariously now I'm thinking of light cotton jersey with a hoop at the bottom
