Last night was interesting. My life was threatened and a dinner was thrown at me. I was also spat on. This was done by the same guy who threw a punch at me a couple of days ago. I had to go to the ER due to extreme anxiety. I want to get a TRO against this guy but I have to go to the courthouse in person to do it. That means I will not be able to do it.

I definitely do not feel safe there now. The owner does not want to get involved. I want to qet a TRO but I would have to go to the court house in person. I am back at ER for a wonky head episode.
The owner is trying to evict me without cause. She can not do that though because the property is under an LLC. She must provide a valid reason and the list of reasons is very short and very specific. She seems to be very ignorant.
