There's stuff I want to say to explain certain ways he's acting in those first episodes, but if you end up watching the show, there's no need. They'll highlight anything I'd want to say. I can just say, so far, it's perfection.

FINALLY got around to this (it's been crazy) and

1) the opening animation is SO COOL

That's definitely the feel in the first book, but she is absolutely a main character. One thing I really like about this adaptation is that they've improved her start so she is much more likable. lmao.

Jordan had a few very very gendered things that, a decade later, didn't age so hot. So it's really nice that they are including her in the ta'veren (a term that comes up later. Individuals that influence the pattern, so weird things happen around them. Mat, Rand, and Perrin are all ta'veren in the books, but I feel like Egwene and Nynaeve always should have
